No save game folder gta iv

NOT on some cloud - this is a ten year old game we're talking about here that existed long before there was a cloud so all saves are done locally. I've already done all those steps, it's still saying to check my hard drive and there's a load error. I think you're giving everyone false instructions. If it was that easy, I wouldn't be here. I already updated GFWL, signed into it when prompted in GTA IV, and the first thing that happened was that it said it couldn't load my save the one I copied from the folder above so it started a new one.

I still have the old save backed up but I can't use it. I don't think a single person has actually been able to recover a save the way you say. NTU, you really are not that bright are you. And slandering me is an unforgivable offence. As it happens the forum is full of people who have used my method and got it working.

If you were a 90th as intelligent as you claim to be you would have noticed that my fix works for games that have not been screwed up by using the hack you have employed. Most people are bright enough not too; you however are the exception and an abusive one at that. I've been playing video games since I have twenty-three years technical experience as a Microsoft employee and another fourteen as a games tester beta.

I don't come to this forum in order to waste my or anyone else's time, creep. Last edited by AntiqueGamer ; 2 Aug, pm. It's also good practice to back up your game saves every now and then in case they are ever corrupted, or your computer runs into issues.
