Foam element: Wash the element in a solution of household deter Unscrew the wing nut, remove the air cleaner cover and remove the element.
Wash the element in a solution of household detergent and warm water, then rinse thoroughly, or wash in nonflammable or high flash point sol- vent.
Page 27 3. Sediment cup cleaning Turn the fuel valve to OFF. Remove the sediment cup and O-ring and wash them in nonflammable or high flash point solvent. Dry them thoroughly reinstall securely. At high elevations, an engine's performance will decrease, and fuel consumption will increase due to the air being less dense. If a Honda engine will be used at an elevation above 5, feet, its performance and exhaust emissions can be improved by making a modification to the carburetor to correct the air-fuel mixture.
