Unable to delete printers windows xp

I had her delete the documents, and restart the spooler again. This time, there was another icon for a totally different printer. I had her repeat the above. The documents disappeared and I had her try to delete the printer again. No luck. While she was away, i thought to go into Citrix and look for a disconnected session, and found the printer that wouldn't go away waiting for a reply. I disconnected the session logged her off and had her tell me if there were any new icons in the sys tray.

There were I had her delete the job, restart spooler, and try to start deleting printers. Once we were down to the un-deletable printer, I had her manually install her new printer to USB The printer is working. Why the HP won't go away, i'll never know, but it's fixed.
