The mailman was irate that he was temporarily unable to drive past our house because one of Garcia's pickup trucks was blocking the street momentarily.

The mailman threw a letter belonging to our 92 year old neighbor onto the freshly poured concrete. That was totally uncalled for by him.

The mailman retrieved the letter via some kind of extension pole leaving a black mark in its wake. Garcia's Construction crew showed professionalism by not reacting. Neighbors have complained that this individual is quite rude! From what I witnessed yesterday, I have to concur. Connie Racette.
