Microsoft outlook away status

But after a while when I changed it back to "Available" it keeps changing it back to as "Appear Away" after a few minutes. It keep trying changing it back to "Available" but it continues changing it back to "Appear Away" after a few minutes even though I'm online with email client on focus. Thursday, June 1, PM.
