We are committed to providing detailed knowledge and practical experience to all of our students — both teens and adults — so there are more defensive drivers out on the road and making Washington streets much safer.

A course outline will be emailed upon registration or request. Drives are done 1 hour at a time. One observation is the minimum required by DOL, however, the student may do unlimited observations for no additional charge. This covers hazardous conditions, road construction, etc.

Adult lessons are available weekdays before 4pm at the Northgate and Ballard locations. You must have a WA State permit or a valid license from another state or country with you at all times to take lessons.

All lessons are done in our school instruction vehicles, which are equipped with an instructor brake and mirror. All vehicles have automatic transmissions and are fully insured, so you do not need your own insurance to take lessons.

All lessons are customized to the individual customer, and we can work on anything you wish. Adult lessons are back! We have availability weekdays only before 4pm. The knowledge test must be passed before we can schedule the road test. To use your vehicle we will need proof of insurance, current tabs, and a pre-test vehicle check to make sure systems are in proper working order. You do not need your own insurance to use our cars.

We can provide you with a temporary permit to take the test if you do not have a WA permit or license from another country.
